**Daily Brief:**
Following this Deepseek news it seems people across the inter webs are starting to realise that China is not a failing country after all. It’s almost as if the 2nd largest economy in the world with the largest middle class market is actually producing stuff.
Seriously though, this is the kind of catalyst that can flip the dial. We’re already positioned so there’s not much to do here except see if this, along with the other catalysts, finally sets our thesis off. It’s not that I can see people rushing to buy China AI stocks, it’s that it puts the lens back on China & attention is what it needs. If things start to move right when everybody is looking then the FOMO becomes real and moves are over exaggerated.
On the other side, is this enough to rock the optimism in US markets. Will people realise what we discussed last year, that most of these projects that are having 10’s of billions spent on them, will simply bleed money forever. I genuinely believe this could cause some deserved panic and serve as a wakeup call…
Meanwhile, $ARKG is finally attempting this massive base breakout once again. In my opinion this along with China is the main watch this week. The “Ai Biotech” sector is so small that you must not underestimate the size of the moves in which are possible.
$TIGR – A gorgeous setup and the company finds themselves in the right place at the right time.
Aside from that I want to see how the market closes today, we have no idea if this news is enough to rock the boat or not. Better to wait and see, remain patient here.
