Back to it.

A lot of chop continues as we head into the elections, whilst a lot of this year has required strict selection criteria, it seems many sectors and subsections are setting up and/or starting to move.

The Space thesis discussed at the start of this year is starting to come into fruition. SpaceX news is starting to get a little more mainstream, public leaders such as RKLB, RDW, LUNR, ASTS etc are starting to get more of a consistent bid. The competition between countries and continents continues to increase, fuelling more governmental investment. The private sector also continues to up their game, increasing the entire ecosystem of said sector. I personally do not understand how anybody can not have exposure to the Space sector. Especially given the valuations at the start of the year.

Biotech finally saw a little bid Friday, means nothing yet but my idea remain the same. It’s a matter of patience and allowing the reduction in R&D thanks to exponential increases in technology to showcase themselves. The valuations in many represent deep value, it’s simply a matter of when not if, that institutional money flows into the sector.

We’re in an era where cars can drive you across the continent whilst you sleep, where man and woman shall once agains step foot on the moon & even build a base there. Where rockets are able to be re-used and land themselves in-between the arms of a Bionic giant. Where disease can be recoded and cured at source, where robots could clean your home, make your bed and take out your trash. Where you could order a new organ, of which will be printed in Space. During which QQQ has only gained 25% in 3 years and many other sectors are trading at 40-60% from highs. You also have the majority exiting positions leaving everybody under-exposed if the market should head higher.

For any and all of this to take place we need a massive increase in power output, we’re not even close.

It terms of “new” opportunity I’m not keen, I’m incredibly bullish on the positions I’m in and it’s simply a matter of patience and time. Energy, Robotics, Biotech & Space remain my focus.
